Is there an installer for Ubuntu which works on Nokia Lumia

ubuntu phone OS is designed to run on top of android linux kernels (this
includes using the abndroid drivers), once it is released and the source
and build instructions are available it should be easy to make it work
on any android based phone ... 
i seriously doubt you can make it work on a win phone though unless
there is already some basic android support that you can build upon ...
