temperature reached (63 C), shutting down

Is this some package you have installed to monitor temps and shutdown, or is
it just reporting what the bios is doing?

Many systems have settings in the bios to shutdown at certain temperatures,
or to speed up fans when it reaches a set temp. (Cool&Quiet)

63C/ 145.4F is a little high but well within limits. If your bios is set to
shutdown at that temp, you could set a higher temp. I've had to do that many
times during winter months since home and office room temps are higher
during this time.
