Mailing List On Email Blacklist

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but one of the IPs that sends out 
this mailing list is on an email blacklist.  I found out when the 
mailing list tried to unsubscribe me when my mail server started 
bouncing messages back.

2.7 RCVD_IN_PSBL           RBL: Received via a relay in PSBL
                              [91.189.94.19 listed in psbl.surriel.com]

That list allows anyone to remove IPs, so I did.  However someone should 
probably have these IP blocks in DNSWL.
