I was going to point out that 3.10 was still in RC mode but checked
kernel.org and it seems to have been release almost two weeks ago.
To the OP: Please ignore the 3.9 kernel sources that I pointed to
earlier and download the 3.10 from the ubuntu.com link above or the
launchpad.net link that I posted earlier.
