In my (fairly varied) experience, touchscreen support on Linux is a
lottery. Chance are good that it won't work. Either it'll work out of
the box, or you'll have hours of pain, or it never will. Avoid LTSs -
run the latest version.

Apart from that, it'll probably be fine, though.
