installation of 13.04 on Asus s550c touch screen

I have windows booting after BootRepair but Ubuntu gives the same error
message.

I installed using the UEFI option that netbootin supplies when you boot the
usb.  I ran ubuntu off the usb and it seemed to work great and installed
Ubuntu as normal.  I ran boot repair.  Secure boot is off in the bios.  Not
sure what else to do at this point.  Any other suggestions?
