When the left hand display is a small laptop screen and the right hand
is a large external monitor then the best place is on the left edge of
the right hand display, the extra length of the launcher is a big
benefit.. This works perfectly except for the regression in Raring
that, with the launcher on the RH display, one cannot place items on
the desktop on the left hand display. I was just hoping someone could
confirm the bug for me.
