static IP & DHCP problems on LAN

It isn't now, but I think the problem was in the router.  (As I just
mentioned in another post, I reverted the firmware back to the
previous version yesterday evening & everything is fine now.)

No, my anacron daily stuff starts at 03:30, and the problem seemed to
be happening around 01:30 --- but I only had 2 examples (days) to
correlate (or not).
