Well... I accept that this isn't a direct solution, but the following will
leave you with something very minimal indeed!
Open LibreOffice's Calc, you can hide the toolbars (View>Toolbars) and the
part at the bottom (View>Status Bar) and even hide the column and row
indicators (View>Column & Row Headers) and then hide the cell lines.
(Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > View... then set "Grid Lines" to
"Hide").
You can then resize the window... to show only a few rows and columns
