Debmirror error on Ubuntu 12.04 ARMHF

Hi,

I have successfully installed Ubuntu 12.04 ARMHF on CuBox (Marvell PJ4) 
CPU. When I tried to use debmirror to replicate from the Ubuntu mirrors. 
It returned an error :- 

rsync: failed to connect to jp.archive.ubuntu.com (160.26.2.181):

rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) 
[Receiver=3.0.9]
Warning: failed to use rsync to download extra files.

The problem is that those sections, e.g. main/debian-installer, were not 
replicated to local mirror. I tried to rebuild the package and the errors 
remained. I installed the same version on an Soekris net6501 (x86 CPU). 
Debmnirror worked successfully without any problem. 

Is there something wrong with Ubuntu 12.04 on armhf? I hope something 
could advise the solution.
