Debmirror error on Ubuntu 12.04 ARMHF

Hi,

I do think rsync error does not matter in this case. I tried on CuBox 
(armhf) and Soekris (x86) and both failed to telnet to port 873, e.g. 
telnet jp.archive.ubuntu.com 873. On the other hand, I chose to use HTTP 
protocol in debmirror command to replicate from Ubuntu archive. 

I think it is a debmirror problem that failed to do something (e.g. rsync) 
and aborted to replicate some files.

"Connection refused" seems like the key error here.

What do you get when you do `telnet jp.archive.ubuntu.com 873` from the
CuBox and the Soekris box? Can you ping jp.archive.ubuntu.com?

It does not seem to be responding on the default rsyncd port for me. It
should respond with something like this:

$ telnet mirror.rit.edu 873
Trying 129.21.171.98...
Connected to thwomp.rc.rit.edu.
Escape character is '^]'.
@RSYNCD: 30.0
