Removing pulseaudio

You can use dpkg to force the removal of pulse audio and then use
equivs to satisfy the dependency.

But why do you feel that you need to uninstall PA? There must be a way
to configure it to work the way that you want (you're use case can't
be THAT unique!) or to be a noop - or you've hit a bug and you should
report it.
