13.04 will not boot up after spindown

After it conks out once or twice, during boot, you should get a prompt 
to boot normally or rescue mode. Use rescue ... then pick the option to 
repair grub. Reboot and I betcha you'll be good. For whatever reason 
13.04 has pulled that on me more than once, especially after a kernel 
upgrade. Ric
