Wrong browser when automatically reporting a crash

When a bug is automatically reported it brings up a browser on
launchpad to report the bug.  Suddenly this is bringing up chromium
browser instead of firefox.  I have FF selected as the default browser
in System Settings > Details > Default Apps, and if I click on a link
in a document, for example, then it does invoke FF.  Any suggestions
where to look for the problem?
