LibreOffice menu problem remains

I can't see this problem - not with 12.04 and not with 13.10, so maybe 
there is no bug after all? OTOH, it might be a bug in Ubuntu only 
because I'm using Kubuntu.

Do you see the shortcuts listed in the menus? Are the shortcuts setup at 
all (Tools -> Customize...)? At least the shortcuts CTRL-O, CTRL-S and 
CTRL-Q are working for me (those are the ones I use frequently).
