Problems with cups-pdf

Hello folks,

I am trying to get cups-pdf running on Ubuntu 12.04 and experience the same
problem as described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups-pdf/+bug/879172

Unfortunately the solutions provided in this bug did not help me at all. I have _not_
changed the output directory and the apparmor entry is as recommended in the bug.

I think the discussion in this bug doesn't target the core of the problem. The
problem is _not_ that apparmor prevents the file to be generated. As the logs
clearly show, the file _gets_ generated, but will be removed _immedeately_
after generation. My logs show the same problem.

Any hints?
