regarding fapg

Hi all. I don’t know if you have ever used fapg before, but if some of you guys have, I do have a question. how does one have it recursively search for files and folders with in the specified directory of the play list? I have done the following. "fapg -r -o playlist.m3u /path/to/music” When I do that command, does it search for files and folders even when something has been added? for example, I’m running an internet radio station and the playlist that I’m using is built with fapg. What I would like to do is to upload the files of any new songs that I want in there and have fapg update that automatically. If someone can shed some  light on this one, I would be very grateful.
