network manager not fitting on screen

Thanks Nils-  but no amount of repositioning or window adjusting does the
trick.

I neglected to mention I am using XFCE desktop and this problem only occurs
if I am editing a VPN connection.  Same problem with Gnome desktop.  With
Unity I am not sure-  I do not have enough computer to use Unity.  Well it
works but slow.
