screen size not detected

It is a BENQ monitor - a widescreen 19:6 it seems to me.

The cable is, I think, just a standard monitor cable with blue ends.



I want to thank you for asking about this as it caused me to unplug the cable from the computer and plug in back in - which caused the display to right itself. Not sure why this worked but I will make a note of this for the future.
