How to reset the fast Ethernet print server D-Link Model no:- DP-301p+

Dear Team,

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and  have a fast Ethernet print server D-Link Model
no:- DP-301p+ but i am unable to reset the password and default factory
reset.
Any body who have any idea how to reset please help
