I had to install OpenVPN and then some gadmin packages in order to get
the options I needed to show during setup.
But Colin has nailed it. In my confusion, I entered the vpn password as
the keyring password, and IIUC because it is not my user password that
is why I have to enter it anew each boot.
Thanks for the explanation about keyring tho, now it makes sense and I
see why its called keyring. duh!
