I'm not sure if you looked at the right place. The picture shows the 
section for the boot priority. While my boot priority doesn't show any 
enable/disable options, the LAN position can be moved no matter if the 
LAN is enabled or not. Please check the "Advanced" section if there is a 
switch for the LAN.
