Maybe try booting up off of a 13.10 flash drive in "Live" mode, perhaps
you can get your answers that way.

Thanks Jim and Agent M.
Looks like I'll have to do something on my own to add this CA to the
keystore on all our machines.
If someone running 13.10 or 14.04 could chime in, that'd be great.
However, I doubt it's included in either of those releases as well now.
