* Temporarily connect it to a Windows computer and run `CHKDSK /F` on it

or

* Boot your PC from a Windows install or recovery CD and run `CHKDSK /F` on it

or

* Boot your PC from BartPE Windows Live DVD and run `CHKDSK /F` on it

Or, as a last resory, install and try the Ubuntu tool `ntfsfix`.
