14.04 Window Management Buttons

Install 'Unity Tweak Tool' from the software center, or run 'sudo 
apt-get install unity-tweak-tool' from the terminal.

Once installed, open it up and and go to Appearance -> Window Controls, 
it's one of the only 2 settings there.

Unity Tweak Tool also has a bunch of other cool things you can 
configure.  Hotcorners are a must for me.
