Installed Ubuntu 14.04.Scroll is not working.Scroll lock button was pressed.I am using 12.04 also where this problem is not there.

Can you describe the problem in more detail please?  Exactly what are
you trying to do and what happens/doesn't happen?  There are many
different ways of scrolling.
