Kernel panic after upgrading from 14.04 to 15.10

Thanks Peter, anyway my intentions was not to update from 14.04 to 15.10,
but just to 14.10. The problem was the update-manager didn't give me that
option.. I just "told" me the system will be upgrade to 15.10.
