ClamAv oddity

Hi All

I have ClamAV on both Windowz (XP & Win7) and Ubuntu (Trusty 14.04.3)

They (obviously) have different front ends, ClamWinPortible & ClamTk but both 
have the same signature (*.cvd) files and underlying engine (0.98.7)

When I scan my Windowz nothing is found but when I scan Trusty a lot of files 
that are (all) in .Wine (same apps as on Windowz) are "found" as threats

Confused as to why
