ssh pronunciation

I picked up the habit from various Cambridge (UK) types of pronouncing
it "ess-shuh".  Similarly zsh "zed-shuh", csh "see-shuh", etc., although
of course things like bash and dash just get the same pronunciations as
the standard English words.
