pastebinit.xml for pastebin.com

What should the .pastebin.xml file for pastebin.com look like?  I have:

<pastebinit>
<pastebin>http://www.pastebin.com</pastebin>
<author>thufir</author>
<format>text</format>
</pastebinit>

but this just gets me:

Bad API request, invalid api_dev_key
