ruby version

Hi,

This could be an already discussed topic but google search did not help me
with this.

In trusty, the stable ruby is 1.9.3-p484.

While ruby has EOLed 1.9.3

There is a ruby2.0 available, but that also has ruby as dependency hence
again pulling 1.9.3.

So whats the plan about about upgrading ruby stable to supported version?
