It's helpful to let folks know what kernel and "2 kernel updates" you
are talking about. However if 3.19:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1253155
(Failure to validate module signature at boot time)
see:
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1253155/comments/17>
<https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92981>

BTW: using 3.19.0-031900-generic from
linux-image-3.19.0-031900-generic_3.19.0-031900.201502091451_amd64.deb
I get the same errors.

However using the same i386 kernel from
linux-image-3.19.0-031900-generic_3.19.0-031900.201502091451_i386.deb
I do not:
$ dmesg | grep Magrathea
[ 2.166810] Loaded X.509 cert 'Magrathea: Glacier signing key:
614a4e8d47b8939882e8a92c769b20d966fa63b4'

I've not yet tried a different amd64 3.19 kernel, but will most likely
try 3.19.1:
