I will confirm it. It shows more text (two sections) in the DropBox preview
than it does (only the top section) when opening in LibreOffice writer
version 4.2.7.2.

As Istimsak Abdulbasir noted in his message, it might possibly be related
to the fonts used, though I cannot see any particular problem with them.

I opened the document using a terminal window

$ lowriter DSS\ -2\(2\).docx
javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
Warning: failed to read path from javaldx

The Java Runtime error is almost certainly a red herring because I got the
same error opening an empty document.

You might also see if another program, such as Abiword, can open it.

I suggest you could open a bug at LibreOffice's bug tracking site
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ and attach your document to the bug,
describing exactly what's missing.

If you need to replicate the document it would probably be easiest to start
over, possibly using the DropBox document viewer to get the exact wording
of the missing text.
