Path not available (install Win7 progs inside vbox/ubuntu)

Hi.

Why don't you just mount the ISO "as it is"? Why first mounting and then 
via sharded folder.
Add a (virtual) CD/DVD drive to vbox and everything should work out 
perfectly.
