It looks like you are printing via HPLIP. HPLIP uses libusb to
communicate instead of the traditional /dev/usblp0 device node.

This isn't an error per se; when HPLIP tries to access the printer
using libusb, the traditional device node needs to be disconnected as
they can't be used together.

If it really bothers you, you could add "blacklist usblp" to
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist to prevent the kernel module from being
loaded.
