WS=> What happened is that I tried to boot AFTER a power outage
happened. The power went out a few seconds before trying to boot my
computer. (I wasn't aware the power had gone out.) Since my computer
has battery backup I was able to turn it on. My router does not have
battery backup. The outage might not be the cause of the problem but it
is too much of a coincidence.
