Well, apparently no one can directly answer the question you asked, so here
goes:

Here are a few things to try:

dpkg -l | less

That shows every installed package, so that's probably more information than
you want.  Assuming you have it installed, try this:

aptitude

That's a much more friendly package management solution.  I also highly
recommend ncdu.  It's small and works well.  Sticking with the command line
theme, you can install ranger and use it to delete files and directories you
don't need.  Similarly, you might try this:

df -h

It's possible that one partition like /boot is full while others are not, so
you might be able to move big files to other partitions.  The other
suggestions about removing old kernels and deleting old package archives are
also good.
