My system has restarted two times.
I shut down then restarted after seeing the original error message.
Clicked on the updater and it came up again.

We had very high winds here yesterday and had loss of power
several times. My computer is on its own power supply but during
one of the worst wind gusts when my whole house was without
power, my computer also shut down. I was not with the machine
at that moment. I walked back into my office just a few minutes
later when the machine had booted back to the login screen. So
I dont know if it was a power issue or something else.
