I just zoomed out to 400%, seems to be the max allowable. I tried a
number of double underline styles and the best I could see was a thin
grey line, a little white space and then a thicker black line.
I experimented with the point width of the line. If I increase the point
size, the larger I make it the more line styles appear in the line style
drop down. That however, did not make a double line appear at a
reasonable zoom level.
