Is there a reason to keep dhcpcd running after an Internet connection is established? - Re: Systemd service life cycle

Every 24 hours the connection gets interrupted by the ISP. I suspect
the IP also does change every 24 hours, or if I disconnect the router
from the mains and reconnect it. I'll test it and take a look at the
IP.
