Out of space

My Grub shows Ubuntu 16.04/ Kubuntu 16.04. I upgraded to Kubuntu from 
ver 15.10 but it still shows in Grub. I once had Microsoft 8 but thought 
it was deleted when I did Kubuntu. Every so often a window will pop up 
with "you have only 416 KB left. Please Empty trash ect"
