For 16.04...

sudo sh -c "echo 'deb
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/desktop/Ubuntu_16.04/
/' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/owncloud-client.list"
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install owncloud-client
