Got a response on the bug: They might fix this in 15 later, but as april
is right around the corner it's not a prority.
Thanks, that has been fixed in the newer serie with
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-
sound/12.10.2+16.04.20160105.2-0ubuntu1 , the fix might be backported as
a stable update later
