Oh, and one more thing, if Ubuntu is already installed in UEFI mode,
you might need to press a key on boot to get the firmware boot menu -
on my system that is F8. It is also often possible to select which
system to boot from the firmware setup menus. You can also use
efibootmgr to set the boot order and default boot entry, plus other
things like menu timeout.
