Upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04

On 12.04 I have Apache and MySQL installed which I access using 
localhost. In 12.04 Apache uses www/files_go_here. In 14.04 Apache uses 
www/html/files_go_here.

Would the upgrade move the necessary files from www to www/html?
