Yes it does. If for example I click on toolbar it works fine.
After thinking about this some more, I think I asked the wrong question.
I think I should have been focusing on how the menus received a mouse
click, because I realized I control the speed of the click by how I use it.
So is there a way to adjust how a menu reacts to a mouse click?
To reiterate. If I click on a menu as I normally would, it just flashes
and does not drop down. I must tap and rapidly release the button for it
to drop down.
