It is true that there are two things that do have to be born in mind
on a list such as this:
1. The most difficult problems to analyse can be those where there are
actually two faults, thus supposedly diagnostic tests may lead to
false conclusions.
2. Simple problems are generally solved without resort to asking for
help, thus the likelihood of problems we see here involving two faults
is much greater than one might expect.
