Run

  sudo -i
  apt-get update

and then to install the image converter based on imagemagick run

  apt-get install nautilus-image-converter

and perhaps you want to install suggested packages for nautlius by running

  apt-get --install-suggests install nautilus

but perhaps you don't need those suggested dependencies.
