1. tar zvxf cnijfilter2-5.00-1-deb.tar.gz

2. cd cnijfilter2-5.00-1-deb/packages

3. sudo dpkg -i cnijfilter2-5.00-1_amd64.deb
   or
   sudo dpkg -i cnijfilter2-5.00-1_i386.deb

4. sudo apt-get -f install
