Program source code

I'm interested in looking at the source code for ubuntu-mate screensaver
but it's not clear to me how to find it.  I tried a simple Google, but that
didn't turn it up.  I then went into Synaptic and enabled the source code
option in the repositories, and then reloaded, but that didn't show any
source code.

So, what is the simplest way to find the source for a givien program?
